ingredients

  •  1 chicken cut into pieces
  •  1 packet of vermicelli
  •  2 onions cut into thin slices
  •  garlic grated according to taste
  •  parsley
  •  coriander
  •  1 / 2cc ginger
  •  1cc black pepper
  •  1 / 2cc white pepper
  •  1cc saffron
  •  1cc canelle
  •  salt
  •  sugar
  •  icing sugar
  •  almonds and fries

How To prepare

  • Put water in the bottom of the couscousier, and let go. Oil the couscousier and pour in the vermicelli. Let cook. In a pot, fry chicken pieces in a little oil.
  •  Add the onions, garlic, chopped herbs, spices and salt.
  • Add a glass of water and cook over low heat. Pour the vermicelli into a dish and separate with a fork.
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil and stir well. Put the vermicelli in the couscousier and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Then put the vermicelli in a deep dish and pour water (the one that was in the bottom of the couscousier) on the vermicelli.
  • Seed the vermicelli well.
  • Put in a dish and add a nice knob of butter, mix and add some spoons of sugar.

For the presentation, put a layer of vermicelli on a plate, arrange the chicken and sauce on it and cover with vermicelli.
Make a grid with cinnamon and icing sugar. Sprinkle with blanched almonds and fries.
